I don't normally make a point of reviewing products, but I was stunned at the performance of this flyscreen on my Kawasaki W800. GIven the size, I wasn't expecting the huge amount of wind removed from my body. In fact, the pocket of calm enfulfs my entire torso up to my chin and out past my shoulders. I am 5' 10" and 165 lbs. On top of that there is absolutely no wind buffeting on my helmet. The folks at Dart really did their engineering on this flyscreen. Thanks so much for such an awesome product.

Fits the bike well but for my personal taste I would have liked it 3-4 inches taller and 3-4 inches wider. It looks nice but I think if it was taller and wider it may have given better blocking of the wind.

I was expecting, and would have prefered, the mounting hardware that bolts on with the cable holders under the clocks instead of using the headlight mounts. The mount provided works fine, but the other is just a cleaner looking install.

Mounted on W650 with sidecar. I didn't think a larger windscreen would look good on this bike, so went with the Dart. It did what I hoped; took some of the wind pressure off my chest. I was afraid that it would cause buffeting on helmet area, but that was not the case at all. gives me 10-15 more mph at the same comfort level. Very satisfied with the purchase. Helps with wind, looks like it belongs on this bike.

I purchased my Dart flyscreen to use on my 2020 Kawasaki W800. This replaced a larger, universal Givi screen. The Givi screen worked well in keeping the wind off of my head and chest, but it didn't look correct for this motorcycle. The Dart flyscreen looks much more appropriate for the W800. The build quality is great, and the mounting brackets have been engineered to mount quickly with the correct bends. The included instructions were easy to read and understand making the installation a 20-minute project. Overall, my W800 looks great with this flyscreen! Plus, the shipping was quick with delivery to New Jersey, USA in seven days. I'll keep the Givi screen for when the weather returns to 40 degrees and below but that's a long way off...

I ordered what I got but it was not what I thought I ordered, my mistake. No matter, what I got actually turned out okay. The screen works well when running against a headwind and looks really good. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to make two small bumpers out of 1/4 inch plastic hose to keep the screen brackets from marring the chrome on the headlight brackets. That took about 10 seconds but the screen should come with something like that.

Quality and design are as expected.....top notch ! I already have a Dart flyscreen on my MG V7, so I was not surprised at the fit and finish. (has anyone mentioned the excellent packaging ?!) Performance wise, the flyscreen takes a lot of the wind blast away from the body core. It's starting to get quite cool here in Eastern Canada, and my autumn ride yesterday was made much more enjoyable thanks to the flyscreen. I went with the "petrol blue" for my W800 and think it's just right.

Twenty minute job including dropping the nuts and bolts for the screen itself on the floor. Y0u may wish to add that step to the instructions. A little like an oil change requires you to drop the drain plug into the catch pan. All joking aside, great product, perfect fitment, no modifications to make it fit. Rode with it last night and it really does make a difference with the wind on you chest. This one little item will markedly reduce rider fatigue and it looks cool to boot. Top work.

The overall look and fit of the Flyscreen is great. It looks really good on the bike. Does a good job of keeping most of the wind off of my torso. However, it does create quite a bit of turbulence and noise around my helmet at speeds above 50 mph. If I were over 6' tall, it would probably be perfect. As it is, I bought some longer M6 screws and put 1/4" nylon spacers behind the bottom 2 mounting holes to tilt the Flyscreen towards me a bit. This decreased the turbulence and noise a little bit while still doing a decent job of blocking the wind. At speeds between 35 mph and 55 mph my upper chest gets a bit cold, but I start getting helmet turbulence above 60 mph. This seems to be the best balance I am going to be able to achieve. For reference, I am 5'9.5" tall. Overall, I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend the Dart Flyscreen for anyone looking for a minimalist screen to help deflect wind from the torso. Would love to see a future option to adjust the angle slightly to accommodate rider height.

For us mechanically challenged Yanks on the West side of the pond - it would be great if you marked the support brackets as Left and Right on the W650 install. I know you Brits like to screw with us colonists but it would have saved me 30 minutes of fumbling. Just kidding-the screen is superb and really adds to the looks of the bike. Might buy another for my second W650.

The fit and finish are excellent. Installation is a bit tricky because of the bike, not the flyscreen. On the road, it takes just enough wind off of my torso to make the ride more enjoyable. Sturdy and good looking, with fast delivery and great customer service. What more could you ask.

This fly screen is a total game changer for my riding. Before, going above 100kph, there was a noticeable amount of wind blowing onto me. 120kph was difficult. At 140kph I was gripping on for dear life so I didn't go flying off my bike. After I got this fly screen, 120kph became a breeze. Going 140-160kph stopped being physically exhausting. Why didn't I get this sooner?
Installing was a little challenging because a lot of things had to come off (the head light and a few other things) but it sure looks and sits well with my bike!

The screen, itself, is great. I really like it. The mountings, however, suck balls. Yes, balls - enormous, hairy, terrifyingly stinky balls. If I could make a suggestion, you might want to consider a more universal style mount for older bikes - something that makes use of the headlamp mountings (as it is for some). The KZ mountings are crap. The effort required to make the mountings I received work was more than annoying, it was downright fucktastic.
Anyway, other than the mountings, the product is functional, effective and aesthetically pleasing. What more could one ask for? That is, other than total shit mountings.

Shipping took more than 2 weeks to Hungary. Screws where you fit the brackest are a bit hard to reach, but with the right tool(s), mounting it shouldn’t take more than 10 mins. Quality as described and it really drives away the wind from the chest area and makes riding more fun even over 110-120km/h. I think Dart flyscreen adopts to the personality of the W and makes it a better touring bike.

Based on other's reviews I expected a high quality well designed product - and that is exactly what I got. The Dart screen looks good on the W650, adding to its look and not dominating it like a larger screen would. I went for the 'Midnight' tint and the black suits the bike well. Very effective at stopping the wind hitting your body so don't feel like I'm getting blown off the bike now. I was aware that it could increase wind around head height and it does, so ear plugs are needed if riding near national speed limit.

I have bought a Dart fly screen for my Kawasaki 800 which cured the high speed wind buffeting and made motorway fast lane cruising a pleasure. Also fitted one to Ducati Scrambler Icon which had huge wind turbulence, caused by the design and position of the instrument pod, so bad that at motorway speeds it would shake my helmet and affect my vision!! I always liked the small flyscreens that were fitted to vintage bikes in the 30's and 40's so when I got a classic looking, yet modern bike, I thought a similar screen would look good too. The dart screen does look just like I hoped it would and the fitting was really easy. I bought the Dart Classic Flyscreen (dark tint) for my Kawasaki W800SE - black with gold - which from my point of view is a very beautiful bike. The screen makes it look even better as it has a very classic look that fits perfect with the style of the bike.. The materials are very good quality and is very well designed. The screen for my W650 arrived on the 1st of December and was fitted on the same day.
The quality of the components is “first class”, the instructions are clear, concise and printed on quality paper.
Makes a big change to deciphering those translated Chinese instructions printed on tissue paper.
I have been running with a “generic” Eagle NB-01 screen for 10 years which was not really ideal.
A mate of mine purchased a W650 recently and after riding my bike he said he needed a windscreen.
I went searching online for him and found that you had a screen and fittings specifically for the W650.
My mate purchased his screen in Perth, Western Australia, after I advised him who stocked it.

The Givi screen worked well in keeping the wind off of my head and chest, but it didn't look correct for this motorcycle. The Dart flyscreen looks much more appropriate for the W800. The build quality is great, and the mounting brackets have been engineered to mount quickly with the correct bends. The included instructions were easy to read and understand making the installation a 20-minute project. Overall, my W800 looks great with this flyscreen! Plus, the shipping was quick with delivery to New Jersey, USA in seven days. I'll keep the Givi screen for when the weather returns to 40 degrees and below but that's a long way off...

I ordered what I got but it was not what I thought I ordered, my mistake. No matter, what I got actually turned out okay. The screen works well when running against a headwind and looks really good. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to make two small bumpers out of 1/4 inch plastic hose to keep the screen brackets from marring the chrome on the headlight brackets. That took about 10 seconds but the screen should come with something like that.

My bike is a 2020 Kawasaki W800. Classic screen arrived here in Canada safe and sound in around 3 weeks. Fairly easy to fit and didn't take long at all. I've not had the opportunity to try it yet as we're just coming into our winter and the bike will be hibernating 'til the spring! It looks great on the bike, I'm more than pleased with the quality of it, recommended if you're looking for a screen ;0)

Quality and design are as expected.....top notch ! I already have a Dart flyscreen on my MG V7, so I was not surprised at the fit and finish. (has anyone mentioned the excellent packaging ?!) Performance wise, the flyscreen takes a lot of the wind blast away from the body core. It's starting to get quite cool here in Eastern Canada, and my autumn ride yesterday was made much more enjoyable thanks to the flyscreen. I went with the "petrol blue" for my W800 and think it's just right.

Twenty minute job including dropping the nuts and bolts for the screen itself on the floor. Y0u may wish to add that step to the instructions. A little like an oil change requires you to drop the drain plug into the catch pan. All joking aside, great product, perfect fitment, no modifications to make it fit. Rode with it last night and it really does make a difference with the wind on you chest. This one little item will markedly reduce rider fatigue and it looks cool to boot. Top work.

The overall look and fit of the Flyscreen is great. It looks really good on the bike. Does a good job of keeping most of the wind off of my torso. However, it does create quite a bit of turbulence and noise around my helmet at speeds above 50 mph. If I were over 6' tall, it would probably be perfect. As it is, I bought some longer M6 screws and put 1/4" nylon spacers behind the bottom 2 mounting holes to tilt the Flyscreen towards me a bit. This decreased the turbulence and noise a little bit while still doing a decent job of blocking the wind. At speeds between 35 mph and 55 mph my upper chest gets a bit cold, but I start getting helmet turbulence above 60 mph. This seems to be the best balance I am going to be able to achieve. For reference, I am 5'9.5" tall. Overall, I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend the Dart Flyscreen for anyone looking for a minimalist screen to help deflect wind from the torso. Would love to see a future option to adjust the angle slightly to accommodate rider height.

Very happy with my new Dart Flyscreen for my 2015 Kawasaki W800. Fiddly but easy install making use of the factory cable holding brackets, pleased I didn’t have to remove/replace and re-align headlight. 4 & 5mm hex keys only tools required
Quality product, brackets lined up perfectly, rigid screen no flex or wobble.
One of the smaller screens available suits the naked retro look of the bike.
Performs well, significant air deflection to torso resulting in a noticeably more comfortable ride.
No longer feel like I have to hang on for dear life or get blown off the back of the bike!

For us mechanically challenged Yanks on the West side of the pond - it would be great if you marked the support brackets as Left and Right on the W650 install. I know you Brits like to screw with us colonists but it would have saved me 30 minutes of fumbling. Just kidding-the screen is superb and really adds to the looks of the bike. Might buy another for my second W650.

The fit and finish are excellent. Installation is a bit tricky because of the bike, not the flyscreen. On the road, it takes just enough wind off of my torso to make the ride more enjoyable. Sturdy and good looking, with fast delivery and great customer service. What more could you ask.

This fly screen is a total game changer for my riding. Before, going above 100kph, there was a noticeable amount of wind blowing onto me. 120kph was difficult. At 140kph I was gripping on for dear life so I didn't go flying off my bike. After I got this fly screen, 120kph became a breeze. Going 140-160kph stopped being physically exhausting. Why didn't I get this sooner?
Installing was a little challenging because a lot of things had to come off (the head light and a few other things) but it sure looks and sits well with my bike!

The screen, itself, is great. I really like it. The mountings, however, suck balls. Yes, balls - enormous, hairy, terrifyingly stinky balls. If I could make a suggestion, you might want to consider a more universal style mount for older bikes - something that makes use of the headlamp mountings (as it is for some). The KZ mountings are crap. The effort required to make the mountings I received work was more than annoying, it was downright fucktastic.
Anyway, other than the mountings, the product is functional, effective and aesthetically pleasing. What more could one ask for? That is, other than total shit mountings.

The Dart Flyscreen diverts enough airflow around my torso to make riding at highway speeds more comfortable and does not increase turbulence around my helmet. It was simple to mount and will be even easier to remove if I elect to ride without it during the Summer. Materials and finish are impressive, and the style suits my Kawasaki W650 perfectly. You could ask for more, especially at such a good price!

Shipping took more than 2 weeks to Hungary. Screws where you fit the brackest are a bit hard to reach, but with the right tool(s), mounting it shouldn’t take more than 10 mins. Quality as described and it really drives away the wind from the chest area and makes riding more fun even over 110-120km/h. I think Dart flyscreen adopts to the personality of the W and makes it a better touring bike.

Based on other's reviews I expected a high quality well designed product - and that is exactly what I got. The Dart screen looks good on the W650, adding to its look and not dominating it like a larger screen would. I went for the 'Midnight' tint and the black suits the bike well. Very effective at stopping the wind hitting your body so don't feel like I'm getting blown off the bike now. I was aware that it could increase wind around head height and it does, so ear plugs are needed if riding near national speed limit.

I have bought a Dart fly screen for my Kawasaki 800 which cured the high speed wind buffeting and made motorway fast lane cruising a pleasure. Also fitted one to Ducati Scrambler Icon which had huge wind turbulence, caused by the design and position of the instrument pod, so bad that at motorway speeds it would shake my helmet and affect my vision!! Fitting the Dart screen cured all that and not only is it better looking than factory s careen but is better made and cheaper. Highly recommend Dart screens.

I always liked the small flyscreens that were fitted to vintage bikes in the 30's and 40's so when I got a classic looking, yet modern bike, I thought a similar screen would look good too. The dart screen does look just like I hoped it would and the fitting was really easy. I can tell the person who designed this was an engineer, who understood what the word precision means and the quality of manufacture is first rate. I am very pleased with this product.

I bought the Dart Classic Flyscreen (dark tint) for my Kawasaki W800SE - black with gold - which from my point of view is a very beautiful bike. The screen makes it look even better as it has a very classic look that fits perfect with the style of the bike.. The materials are very good quality and is very well designed. It is very easy to mount because it is specific to the bike and is perfectly adapted to it without adding any strange elements -just 10 minutes of easy work. It is not a large screen but at speeds lower than 120km / h is very effective by diverting the wind from my chest. Very happy with the purchase.

The screen for my W650 arrived on the 1st of December and was fitted on the same day.
The quality of the components is “first class”, the instructions are clear, concise and printed on quality paper.
Makes a big change to deciphering those translated Chinese instructions printed on tissue paper.
I have been running with a “generic” Eagle NB-01 screen for 10 years which was not really ideal.
A mate of mine purchased a W650 recently and after riding my bike he said he needed a windscreen.
I went searching online for him and found that you had a screen and fittings specifically for the W650.
My mate purchased his screen in Perth, Western Australia, after I advised him who stocked it.
After seeing the screen on his bike I was impressed with the quality and decided that I had to get one for myself.
